All-round talent for an extremely hard-wearing finish

High quality, ready-to-use, high build, easy-to-apply 1-component lacquer based on urethane-alkyd. Oxidative drying. Resistant to water, oil, grease, spirits, various solvents, ink, diluted acid and lye, resistant to saliva and fast to perspiration.

Certificates of Conformity:

Resistant to chemical agents in compliance with standard DIN 68861 – 1B

Resistance to inflammability in compliance with standard DIN 4102-B2.

Field of USE :

For the coating of stairs, parquets, untreated cork panels and interior furnishings (doors, wall and ceiling panelling, chairs, etc.).

Usage :

a) Preparation :

Ensure wood is dry, clean, free from grease and resin, evenly sanded (240 grain) and dusted.

b) Dilution :

CLOURETHAN-Thinner

c) Application :

Brush application, airbrush application (1.8mm nozzle at 3.0 bar and approx. 15% CLOURETHAN-Thinner).

Lacquer should be well stirred before use. Wood should be primed with CLOURETHAN (dilute 10-20% with CLOURETHAN-Thinner.) Do not apply apply too quickly. Allow the primed surface to dry thoroughly, preferably overnight. Intermediate sanding with grain 240. Carefully remove dust after sanding.

d) Finish :

Apply CLOURETHAN 1-2 x undiluted

e) Cleaning your tools :

Clean all tools immediately after use with CLOURETHAN Thinner.
